Run 400m 4x (on treadmill, 7mph, 8mph, 8.5mph, 9mph)

5 Rounds for time: [14:42]
5 Ring Dips
5 HSPU

Skills:
10 Backbend/Walkover (feet elevated 18" down to 6")
10 Headstand Pike Press (not very good)
