Stair Climb 10 minutes: 69 floors
3 Rounds (not timed):
3 Weighted Pullups- 15#
3 Strict Pullups
5 Kipping Pullups
11 Dips (bar)
I haven't been doing very many pullups lately (compared to heavy CrossFitting) so they feel very weak. Will be working pullups more!
