3 sets of each (rest 2-3 minutes between sets)
3x5 Weighted Jumping Deck Squats- 20# weightvest
3x5 Natural GHR
3x10 Hip Circles (these are hard!)
Also:
Lots of lacrosse ball rolling and stretching

8,7,6
