GB WOD:

Complete four rounds:

10 depth jumps- about 2.5 feet
30 seconds weighted jumping deck squats- 15# weightvest
30m sled/tire sprints- partner drag using a band

Finish with 2x60 seconds seated toe point stretch.

20 minutes of stretching and rolling.
